Susan Hayes Culleton

Founder

Susan HayesCulleton, CFA is the Managing Director of HayesCulleton, a business working across economics and markets, financial literacy, education, and scalable learning with clients across Europe and the US.


She is also the presenter of Taking Stock on Newstalk, and works internationally as a broadcaster, speaker, and MC.


Susan is a CFA charterholder, the author of seven books, and has co-authored the Leaving Cert Economics textbook three times with teachers in Ireland.


She has led Savvy Teens for the past decade, helping to build high-impact learning ecosystems for tens of thousands of teenagers, and her work through Active Peers AI focuses on tailored peer learning at scale.


She is known for bringing energy, substance, and real-world business perspective to public conversations, events, and learning experiences.

Ardle Culleton

Founder

Ardle Culleton is the chairman, director and co-founder of the Hayes Culleton Group. Ardle is a Qualified Financial Advisor(QFA) with the Institute of Bankers, a director at Sleepzone Hostels and a shareholder at Gillen Markets.


Ardle has thirty years’ experience in the financial industry, is an avid stock market investor, faciliated a range of investment clubs across the country and is an expert in the life and pensions industry. He is a member of CFA Society Ireland and holds a Digital Marketing Diploma from Irish Times Training.

Iavjot Grewal

Client Account Manager

Eva Grewal joined HayesCulleton Group in 2020 as a researcher and writer, moved into the role of Marketing Technologist in 2022, and now serves as Client Account Manager. She leads key client programmes, supporting everything from stakeholder onboarding and impact reporting to the development of data dashboards and digital platforms that strengthen programme delivery. Combining relationship management with practical technical expertise, Eva plays an important role in delivering education and STEM initiatives with clarity, creativity, and attention to detail.

Caroline is a masterful coordinator of conflicting schedules across multiple time zones. With her exceptional organizational skills, she ensures that everything runs smoothly, from managing appointments to overseeing projects and handling online orders. Caroline’s keen attention to detail and proactive approach make her an indispensable asset to the team, enabling the company’s leadership to stay focused on achieving their goals.


Eimear McCarthy

Programme Facilitator

Eimear is a Programme Facilitator with Savvy Teens. With a background in sport psychology, she has worked with athletes and teams in high-performance environments, applying evidence-based psychological principles to enhance performance, confidence, and resilience.


Eimear contributes to the design and delivery of programmes that connect education with real-world opportunities. She combines psychology with practical learning to create engaging experiences that build confidence, develop skills, and support meaningful personal and professional growth.
