Active Peers AI helped design PwC Ireland’s Access Pathways Programme, combining workshops on personal branding, problem-solving and relationship-building with preparation for networking, interviews and work shadowing.

A tailored Active Peers AI event app formed part of the programme design, bringing registration, in-session interaction and feedback capture into one digital space.

Students could record reflections and submit responses to workshop activities, connecting the technology directly to their learning. Feedback capture provided a structured way for students to share their takeaways and for PwC to gather insights to inform future programmes.

The approach combined practical workshops with digital participation, keeping peer learning and conversation at the centre while creating space for individual contributions.
